What you need to use the AwayPhone Gloabl SIM card and Soft Client:
- An Unlocked GSM Mobile Phone.*
- Mobile Phone Charger.
- If you plan to use the AwayPhone Soft Client, you will need a laptop or desktop computer and broadband access to the Internet.
- Your phone will need to be able to forward calls to ensure your home calls can be forwarded to your AwayPhone SIM.
- In some destinations, you will require a compatible phone in order to use our service.
What you need to use the AwayPhone Hong Kong SIM Card:
- An Unlocked GSM Mobile Phone*
- Your phone will need to be able to forward calls to ensure your home calls can be forwarded to your AwayPhone SIM
* Your mobile phone handset MUST be unlocked to use the AwayPhone service. This means that the phone is not tied to a specific network or SIM card. If your phone is locked, you will need to get it unlocked by a local mobile phone repair shop at your own cost.
