The AwayPhone service starts as soon as you activate your AwayPhone service. When a call comes through to our network, we determine where you are currently located and if you are available, the call manager will route the call to you.
If you are not available, or happen to be busy, we will send the phone call to our voicemail system. Should a message be left, you will be notified by an SMS message.
When you are back home, calls to your AwayPhone Local Numbers will be routed back to your Home Mobile.
