Mr. Wixom directs AwayPhone’s Americas and Japanese sales operations including strategy and partner development. Over his career Chris has amassed more than 17 years of sales and product development experience in IT and Telecommunications. Prior to AwayPhone, Chris was CEO of GlobalFon where he restructured the business and sold it to AwayPhone. He has also held key executive positions at Sprint and AT&T in sales, strategic alliances and product management. Wixom earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from Duke and a MBA from the University of Virginia.
Mr. Quinnan has over 15 years telecommunications Mr. Quinnan is responsible for all service delivery and customer support initiative. Previous to AwayPhone, Mr. Quinnan worked at Sprint International where he helped to manage the initial product launch of the international card services.
Mr. Nicholas is responsible for all AwayPhone marketing activity. He has over 10 years experience in Telecoms. Mr. Nicholas has held the positions of Director of Marketing for a number of MVNO and telecom software companies
As VP Sales, Mr. Sykes has responsibility for the worldwide sales and partner development for AwayPhone. He has particular focus on EMEA and Asia PAC excluding Japan. Mr. Sykes has over 25 years of Sales experience, he was a Director of the European Partner organisation at Informix and Director of all International Sales at Metastorm.
Mr. Berard has spent 15 years in the international telecoms area working for companies including communications specialist Alcatel and the telecoms division of IT consulting group, Devoteam. He combines his experience with AwayPhone's global mobile services expertise and technically sophisticated products to develop MVNO/MNO relationships with third parties. Partner organisations will be able to offer seamless mobile roaming services and establish additional revenue streams, which in turn enables AwayPhone to increase its own income through growing its customer base.
